ճ can handle the primary health care needs of eligible students. There are no office co-pays for routine visits. Whether you are sick or injured, managing a chronic health problem or working to develop a healthier lifestyle, the SHC is here to help. į

QPR Launch
The Student Care Network is now offering Question, Persuade and Refer (QPR) suicide prevention training. This program equips students, faculty and staff to recognize warning signs of someone in crisis and gives them the tools and confidence to help. Drop-in services are offered by the Student Care Network and other offices across campus. These services provide a quick and convenient way to talk about your concerns, find resources to help, and connect with staff members. .
Self-Directed Tools and Telehealth į
It’s not always possible or convenient to meet with on-campus support staff. To help provide you with support anywhere at any time, 91Ʋ has several resources that supplement SCN services. į
- Sign up for mental health telehealth: Schedule a visit with a therapist virtually by visiting 91Ʋ Telehealth powered by
- Headspace mindfulness app: 91Ʋ has arranged for students to have free access to Headspace—an award-winning, research-backed digital tool for mindful living. Headspace has been shown to reduce stress, improve focus and increase resilience and happiness.
- is a therapy database that can help students find therapy providers off campus. Students can create a free account using their 91Ʋ email address and search providers in Nashville or another state. Students can use filters to search through different factors to find their best match. Providers can also be filtered by the colleges they serve, where those listed as serving the 91Ʋ community have been invited to join by Student Care Coordination. į į
- To sign up, , select “Student” and use your 91Ʋ email address to create a username and password. Agree to the Terms of Use and “Sign Up.” You’ll receive a confirmation email, which you’ll need to follow to finish the process. Then you can search the tailored directory of providers who specialize in student mental health.
