All 91ÌÆ²®»¢ University staff are invited to attend the fifth Annual Spring Staff Assembly, either at 91ÌÆ²®»¢â€™s Langford Auditorium or virtually, on Thursday, May 15. The event will celebrate university staff and their many contributions to the university’s mission. Ìý

3–4 p.m. — Official Program Ìý
The official program, starting at 3 p.m. in Langford Auditorium, will feature remarks from Chancellor Daniel Diermeier, Vice Chancellor of People, Culture and Belonging Sydney Savion and University Staff Advisory Council President Sara Putnam. The  will be presented at the event.  Ìý
In-person seating will be on a first come, first served basis. Doors will open at 2:30 p.m. Ìý
The program will be livestreamed on the  and recorded for later viewing.Ìý
For those who attend in person, the celebration extends before and after the official program:Ìý
2–3 p.m. — Resource Tables and Giveaways Ìý
Come early, starting at 2 p.m., for resource tables and exciting giveaways, available on a first come, first served basis. Ìý
At 2:15 p.m., there will be a 15-minute live demonstration of Kudos from People, Culture and Belonging in the auditorium. Kudos is a digital platform where staff members can recognize and celebrate each other’s efforts. Attendees will explore key features and learn how to navigate the platform. Ìý
4–5 p.m. — Reception  Ìý
Join fellow staff members for continued celebrations at the reception after the program.Ìý
Parking and SecurityÌý
- Parking is available in the 25th Avenue Garage, through the Highland Avenue entrance.Ìý
- At the entrance to Langford Auditorium, attendees will go through metal detectors and may have their bags searched. This is standard policy for VUMC event spaces. Because of this, please allow extra time for arrival ahead of the main program.Ìý
